IL BIANCO MI FA MALE AGLI OCCHI

Order mistaken for balance, perfection confused with erasure: this is
how a world is built where control becomes obsession and individuality
fades away. Personality dissolves, disappears. What remains is a blinding,
inhuman white void.
Gabriele’s collection emerges from this tension.
Inspired by hospital imagery, it explores the fine line between rationality
and madness, between structure and disorientation. The silhouettes recall
medical gowns and bandages, translating the clinical coldness into a
contemporary visual language. White dominates, not as a symbol of purity,
but as absence, as a space where identity crumbles.
But can white contain chaos? Stiff fabrics clash with soft constructions;
leather and crochet engage in a dialogue of contrasting textures, an
ongoing tension. “White Hurts My Eyes” is a tactile and visual experience
where control fractures and identity dissolves, suspended between order
and disorder, sanity and madness
