Welcome to Cristian’s “maison”, a space in constant transformation,
simultaneously being dismantled and rebuilt, celebrating the dialogue
between home and garment, between space and identity.
This collection explores the principles of interior design and the concept
of homme décor, serving as a manifesto for how clothing and living spaces
can merge. Like an architect of fashion, Cristian uses materials and forms
to construct a narrative that breaks down the boundaries between interior
and exterior.
Through the upcycling of furniture from the 1920s to 1950s and a mindful
approach to material design, Welcome homme blends the art of dressing
with the language of dwelling. It is a reflection on how fashion can become
a refuge, a second skin that defines us as much as the walls we call home.
The designer invites jurors, visitors, and the fashion world to step into a
new space, where authenticity takes the place of rigid rules.
